Sony Xperia P handset with aluminum unibody design feels like the most premium of Xperia line this year. Announced at MWC 2012 along with Xperia U, the smartphone will sport a 4" inch qHD display with Whitemagic technology that greatly improves sunlight legibility and viewing angles, but also provides a more vibrate display. According to a source at Sony India, the handset will be priced around 26,000 (approx. €375/$475) when released in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, it'll come with the dated Gingerbread OS (a complaint we've had with every Sony release this year), but will likely see an ICS update in the next couple of months. It has a 8 MP camera with LED flash, 16 GBs internal storage with no expandable memory and a Dual core 1 GhZ processor. For the specs at offer, it's a little expensive but then aluminum is more expensive that plastic.
There is no confirmed release date yet for Indian markets, but the phone with arrive in Europe on May 28th.
